PLVision is looking for an Education Program Coordinator to collaborate with our team in organizing and coordinating internal educational projects. The ideal candidate should enjoy working with people and have good organizational and communication skills. Education Program Coordinator will report to Education Manager.

Partner with internal stakeholders in preparing and conducting the company’s educational initiatives
Lead all administrative activities in educational projects according to the principles of Agile: communication with lecturers and participants, support of program participants, work with internal resources and documents
Lead and facilitate meetings, keep meeting notes and ensure action items are being defined and completed
Take part in creating new educational programs
1+ years of working experience on a related administrative position
Strong communication, conflict management and negotiation skills
Meeting facilitation skills
Accuracy in monitoring the compliance with company processes
Good written English (Intermediate and higher)
General knowledge of the IT sphere principles
