As an HR Manager, you will work closely with various teams across the company, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management, from hiring to offboarding. Your focus will include benefits administration, performance review coordination, compliance with labor legislation, and organizing corporate events and training programs. You will also support the development and well-being of our teams by leading wellness initiatives and helping maintain a healthy and engaging workplace culture.

Responsibilities Responsibilities

  • Execute benefits processes

  • Management of the Performance Review process

  • Support in HR risk management

  • Moderation and administration of internal communication channels

  • Support and improvement of HR processes (full employee lifecycle)

  • Conduct one-on-one meetings

  • Assistance in internal and external trainings

  • Coordinate internal and external company events, including team-building activities

  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and personnel file management

  • Ensure HR documentation complies with Ukrainian labor legislation

  • Prepare certificates and provide consultations on HR-related matters

Requirements Requirements

  • Up to 1 year of experience in HR, Administration, or other people-related roles, or strong motivation to start a career in HR

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Confident presentation skills

  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

  • High attention to detail

  • English proficiency at an Intermediate level or higher

  • Location: Lviv, hybrid

  • Experience in event management, including planning and coordinating corporate events or team-building activities

  • Experience in benefits administration

  • Familiarity with employee wellness programs, health insurance administration, and workplace safety initiatives

  • Basic knowledge of Ukrainian labor legislation, including employment regulations and compliance

  • Experience working with 1C (accounting and HR management software)
