
Summary
We are seeking a Technical Recruiter with strong knowledge of the Central and Eastern European labor markets to support and scale our hiring in the fast-paced world of computer networking. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for engineering positions, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all stakeholders.
You’re expected to work closely with Hiring Managers to understand technical requirements and ideal candidate profiles, and proactively source talent across various platforms. You’ll conduct structured interviews, including technical screenings and cultural fit evaluations, while ensuring timely and professional communication throughout the hiring journey.
Your insights into the Polish IT market will help guide strategic talent mapping and pipeline development. You’ll also maintain our applicant tracking system with up-to-date, accurate data, supporting recruitment analytics and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions (job intake, sourcing, interviews, offer, onboarding)
Partner with Engineering and Hiring Managers to deeply understand project requirements and technical stacks (candidate profiles)
Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, direct sourcing, networking, etc.)
Organize and conduct structured interviews, including technical screening and cultural fit assessments
Drive proactive talent research and market mapping in the Polish IT recruitment market
Maintain ATS pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and recruitment analytics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire)
Facilitate communication between candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders
Support employer branding by participating in career events, meetups, and social media initiatives
Requirements
3+ years of proven experience in technical recruitment (agency or in-house, IT focus)
Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes
Ability to understand technical roles (Software Engineer, QA, DevOps, Network Engineer) and quickly grasp new technologies to identify suitable candidates
Proven experience in structured technical interviews, contributing to fair and consistent selection decisions
Advanced sourcing expertise, including direct search and Boolean techniques, to proactively build strong talent pipelines
Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (preferably Greenhouse, Workday, or similar) to manage recruitment workflows effectively
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust-based relationships with Hiring Managers
Excellent communication skills in Polish and English (both written and spoken), enabling clear collaboration across teams and candidates
Hybrid work model: 2–3 days per week in the Kraków office, fostering both team collaboration and individual flexibility.

Would be a plus
Previous experience recruiting in networking, embedded systems, or open-source software domains
Knowledge of IT recruitment market trends in Poland and the CEE region
Experience with HR/recruitment metrics and reporting dashboards (Excel, Power BI, or similar)
Familiarity with employer branding campaigns or talent community building
Background in HR, psychology, or related fields
Additional languages (Ukrainian, German, or others)
