PLVision invites a Networking Solution Architect with deep expertise in SONiC (Software for Open Networking in the Cloud) and related open networking technologies to join our team. In this role, you’ll define and deliver advanced, scalable networking solutions for global customers. Working closely with product managers, engineering teams, and strategic partners, you’ll help shape technical roadmaps, design and lead deployments, and ensure our solutions meet both immediate needs and long-term goals.

Responsibilities 
Architect and design comprehensive networking solutions leveraging SONiC and other open networking platforms
Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and sales teams to deliver customer-tailored solutions
Analyze customer requirements, perform technical assessments, and develop both high-level and low-level design documents
Lead technical engagements, including proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives, customer workshops, and solution deployments
Contribute to SONiC feature development and actively participate in the open-source community where relevant
Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution briefs, architecture guides, and white papers
Stay current with industry trends in open networking, white-box hardware, and disaggregated network operating systems
Requirements 
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
7+ years of experience in network engineering or network architecture roles
Deep understanding of SONiC, SAI (Switch Abstraction Interface), and related open networking ecosystems
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Would Be a Plus 
Familiarity with key network protocols, including BGP, OSPF, EVPN, VXLAN, and MPLS
Proven experience designing network solutions for data center, hyperscale, or enterprise environments
Hands-on contribution to the SONiC open-source community is a strong advantage
Experience working with ASIC vendors such as Broadcom, Marvell, Mellanox, and their associated SDKs
