Responsibilities Responsibilities

  • Implement new features in SONiC (Software for Open Networking in the Cloud) and SAI (Switch Abstraction Interface)

  • Ensure timely implementation of all required functionality

  • Integrate new platforms

  • Collaborate closely with the test team to achieve a 100% pass rate, from regression triaging to implementing proper fixes

  • Maintain and update design documentation to reflect software modifications

Requirements Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Software/Computer Engineering

  • 2+ years of commercial experience in Embedded Application Development

  • Good knowledge of C/C++

  • Experience with Linux (as the main development operating system)

  • Deep understanding of networking fundamentals (OSI model, Layer 2 or Layer 3 networking protocols, TCP sockets)

  • Knowledge of scripting languages: Bash and Python

  • Good troubleshooting and debugging skills

  • Good communication skills and teamwork abilities

  • Customer orientation and flexibility

  • Knowledge of technical English at an Intermediate level and higher
