PLVision is looking for a Project Administrator to join our Project Management Office (PMO). In this role, you will work closely with Delivery Managers and multiple software engineering teams to support Agile processes, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and handle administrative tasks that ensure the smooth delivery of projects. Responsibilities
Cooperate with Delivery Managers on administrative and organizational matters
Establish workflows and processes by recommending improvements and changes to best practice
Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies and other meetings; take meeting notes and ensure action items are clearly defined and completed
Accurately handle all departmental administrative activities, such as time reporting, vacation and overtime tracking, managing task-tracking systems, and supporting departments
Support data collection for issue logs, KPIs, and operational metrics.
Develop report templates, compile dashboards and reports, and conduct report analysis
Proactively identify impediments and facilitate their removal
Monitor and ensure that teams consistently follow the company's business processes
Requirements
1+ years of experience working in IT project coordination, client management, or administrative support roles
Familiarity with Agile delivery practices, including Scrum and Kanban, application in software development projects
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Strong planning and organizational skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
Knowledge of facilitation techniques
Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
Flexibility and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
Intermediate or higher level of English
Basic knowledge of project or CRM tools
Would be a plus
Experience working with foreign customers in the IT industry
Experience with Atlassian tools like Jira & Confluence
