PLVision, a product development services vendor, specialized in SDN/NFV, Embedded and IoT connectivity, is pleased to announce the wrap-up of 2019, another successful year.
This year has established itself as a major milestone in the company’s development, marked with significant achievements. Among these are new customer acquisition, the launch of an important service program, SONiC Care, and educational initiatives, the expansion of the ongoing ONF project Stratum, increased participation in premier industry events including speaking engagements.
PLVision has added five new customers to its portfolio, including both global industry leaders and innovative startups with most collaboration expanding into 2020.
PLVision’s CTO Leonid Khedyk, presented our contribution to ONF’s Stratum project at two global industry conferences: ONF Connect 2019 and MPLS+SDN+NFV World Congress Paris. In addition to these events, the team participated in the OCP Regional Summit, Mobile World Congress Barcelona and Hannover Messe.
PLVision strengthened its position as a software PDS (Product Development Services) vendor, by launching a new comprehensive service offering, SONiC Care Suite. This new program corresponds with all open switch software integration and support needs. In parallel, the company announced a unique on-the-job training opportunity for C/C++ and Python Automation to join the new SONiC team.
With continued dedication to innovative education, PLVision launched Linux Future series. It consists of meetups for the engineering community and bootcamps for boosting professional growth. Over the course of a year, 2 meetups and 3 bootcamps were held, resulting in numerous positive feedbacks received and the joining of new engineers.
PLVision also takes pride in launching its own Advanced Computer Networking Course at the Ukrainian Catholic University as well as the joint opening of a modern and well-equipped IoT lab at Lviv Polytechnic University.
