Mobilize pre-sales team, and find out optimal approach to the potential project proposition: consulting, discovery, formal proposal, etc. and the optimal approach to the business model
Lead pre-sales team and prepare/facilitate the preparation of high-quality proposal based on client needs/company capabilities
Start new projects in tight collaboration with departments across the organization (including Recruiting, Marketing, IT & Legal departments)
Capture, evaluate, and address the risks related to the engagement process
Communicate with technical experts, focusing on quality project estimations on the pre-sales stage
5+ years of experience in Project Coordination and Management of mid-size project teams (up to 30 people in a couple of independent projects)
Software project management, risk management, stakeholder management experience
Ability to elicit and document project requirements
Understanding of the software development life cycle
Good planning and organizational skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
Ability to build effective teams, motivate and direct staff
Experience in working with foreign customers in the IT industry
Advanced knowledge of IT outsourcing and product/service development will be a plus
Upper-Intermediate level of English
