We are looking for a proactive and strategic L&D Manager to build, implement, and lead our learning ecosystem from the ground up. This is an autonomous role for a specialist who doesn’t wait for instructions but creates the roadmap themselves. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle: from identifying strategic skill gaps to measuring the hard ROI of every educational initiative.

Responsibilities
Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with the company’s business goals.
Process Implementation: Design and launch end-to-end learning processes (onboarding, leadership tracks, technical upskilling, and soft skills)
Driving Engagement: Act as an internal "evangelist" for learning, ensuring high adoption rates and a proactive learning culture across all departments.
External Partnerships: Source and manage relationships with external trainers, coaches, and educational platforms (e.g., Coursera, Udemy).
Measurement & Analytics (Data-Driven L&D): Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to stakeholders on the efficiency of the L&D budget and time investments.
Knowledge Management: Effectively digitize and organize existing frameworks to ensure scalability and accessibility
Vendor & Budget Management: Independently manage the L&D budget and select external partners/platforms that provide the best value for the company.

Requirements
Experience: 4+ years in L&D, with a proven track record of building L&D functions from scratch (preferably in tech or fast-growing environments).
Autonomy: Strong project management skills and the ability to work as a "department of one."
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with data, Excel, and reporting tools. You know how to demonstrate that learning initiatives drive revenue and operational efficiency.
Leadership & Influence: Ability to challenge the status quo and influence senior stakeholders (C-level and Department Heads).
Methodological Depth: Deep understanding of modern trends, including microlearning and peer-to-peer learning models.
Language: B2 English proficiency (both written and spoken) for content creation and global communication.
