Documentation Specialist

Summary

We are seeking a Documentation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to the relevant parties. This will involve creating, revising, and storing documents and ensuring that all documents are organized and easily accessible.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities Responsibilities

  • Create documentation (contracts and other types) that meets the company's needs in an accurate and timely manner

  • Liaise with legal consultants, if required, to ensure compliance of the documentation with regulations

  • Work with internal teams to establish standard documentation templates

  • Proofread and quality check documents for content, context and accuracy to ensure they are produced to a highly professional standard

  • Produce and amend PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, graphs etc.

  • Develop and implement document management and other policies and procedures

  • Ensure that all documents are stored securely and can be accessed quickly and accurately

  • Keep up with changing regulations and updating documents accordingly

  • Take part in internal and external audits

Requirements Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field

  • Advanced level of English

  • Strong writing skills to draft and review contracts and other documentation

  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint etc.

  • Understanding of financial and legal documents
