Summary

We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Development Representative who wants to grow into a Sales role over time and who will help drive the early stages of that motion.

This role sits at the front of the sales pipeline and works closely with Marketing and Product Marketing: the person picks up where marketing leaves off in the prospect process, keeps messaging and positioning aligned with the broader product story, and turns market interest into qualified sales opportunities. We need someone proactive, structured, curious, and willing to learn — able to support the Sales team now and grow into a stronger sales role in the future.

Responsibilities Responsibilities

  • Understand the business and the market
    - Learn our offering: get familiar with PLVision’s services, solutions, offerings, target markets, and value propositions, and how they map to customer needs.
    - Know the sales market: build an understanding of the target market and the types of accounts we sell to (including large industry players such as Dell-class organizations) so outreach is relevant and well-targeted

  • Build and run the prospect pipeline:
    - Create and maintain account databases: research, create, update, and maintain a structured database of potential customer accounts and contacts.
    - Monitor prospects and the market: track target companies, industry news, prospect activity, and relevant market changes to identify potential sales opportunities.
    - Own day-to-day CRM work: keep company records, contacts, activities, statuses, and follow-ups accurate and up to date.
    - Run outbound outreach: prepare and execute outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

  • Work with Marketing and Sales
    - Pick up from marketing: take marketing-generated leads into the prospect process, qualify them, and move them toward sales conversations.
    - Stay aligned on messaging: keep outreach consistent with the value propositions, messaging, and positioning defined together with Marketing and Product Marketing.
    - Support events: help with Sales and BizDev activity around industry events — target-list preparation, attendee research, outreach, follow-ups, and meeting coordination.

Requirements Requirements

  • Strong motivation to build a career in sales, with the ambition to grow from an SDR / research role into a full Sales role over time.

  • Ability to quickly understand PLVision's business — including the differences between prospects, partners, and strategic accounts — and a willingness to learn our services, solutions, and value propositions.

  • Comfort monitoring target companies, industry news, and market changes to spot opportunities.

  • Hands-on, day-to-day discipline with CRM and pipeline hygiene.

  • Ability to prepare and execute outbound outreach across email, LinkedIn, and other channels.

  • Comfortable working with sales and marketing tools: CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email-outreach tools, spreadsheets, and AI-based research tools.

  • Proactive, structured, curious, and willing to learn; able to support the Sales team now and step into a stronger sales role later.

  • Good written communication; English sufficient for outbound outreach and prospect research (Upper-Intermediate or higher).

  • This is a junior, entry-into-sales position. The expectation is that the person starts in research, prospecting, and pipeline support, and grows over time into a more senior sales role as they master the product story, the market, and the sales process.
