PLVision is looking for an AQA (Automation Quality Assurance) Lead with excellent knowledge of Python and experience in Embedded Software Validation to join our new project for the technology leader from the USA. In this role, you will validate DASH functionality for modern IPU/DPU systems and manage a high-performing team. Responsibilities 
Validate new DASH functionality for modern DPU/IPU systems
Prepare test strategy, test plan, test reports
Work with open-source communities on alignment and introduce new functionality
Communicate with the client on requirements clarification
Lead the team with up to 5 engineers, assign and track tasks, support with their technical tasks and issues
Requirements 
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
4+ years of commercial experience in Embedded Software Validation and Test Automation
Experience in team leadership
Good knowledge of Python
Experience in writing test documentation
Good network background (L2/L3, tunneling, routing, switching)
Experience with software and hardware traffic generators (IXIA, scapy, etc.)
Hands-on experience with Linux as a main working environment
Experience with virtualization, containerization, Python virtual environment
Knowledge of test frameworks like Pytest, PTF, etc
Understanding of CI/CD, Jenkins
Experience with Linux network tools
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
Knowledge of technical English at Intermediate level and higher
Would be a plus 
Experience working with the open-source projects
Experience with SAI (Switch Abstraction Interface)/SONiC (Software for Open Networking in the Cloud) validation
