Product Marketing Manager

Apply

Summary

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can own product marketing end to end — connecting our products and solutions to the market through clear value propositions, sharp positioning, and disciplined go-to-market execution. This is a product-marketing-first role.

Product marketing is the core of the position and is distinct from — though closely connected to — digital and brand marketing. The right person brings both the product and its go-to-market story to life together, partnering daily with Product, Engineering, BizDev, and Sales.

Just as importantly, this person can assess the current marketing landscape, understand how the existing system works, and quickly build a strong grasp of the industry, competitors, and PLVision’s products and offerings. We need someone who personally produces, rewrites, and ships work, and who becomes a go-to partner for the Engineering and Sales teams.

Main Responsibilities Main Responsibilities

  • Product marketing & go-to-market
    • Own product marketing: drive how PLVision’s products and solutions go to market, ensuring product and marketing move together rather than in isolation.
    • Build and execute go-to-market (GTM) plans: define ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and target segments, shape launch and campaign plans, and align activities to the buyer journey.
    • Develop and evangelize value propositions: craft clear, differentiated value propositions for our products and solutions — moving beyond generic descriptions of the company or its services — and champion them consistently across the company, sales, and the market.

  • Positioning, differentiation & brand
    • Define positioning and differentiation: articulate what makes PLVision distinct and position the company as an innovative, product-driven player in its market.
    • Strengthen the brand: drive brand awareness, thought leadership, and LinkedIn / social visibility, with proactive content distribution and competitor benchmarking.

  • Content & customer-facing materials
    • Lead creation of customer-facing materials: white papers, case studies, presentations, brochures, one-pagers, landing-page content, articles, email materials, and event collateral.
    • Translate technical depth into business value: turn complex technical services and engineering expertise into clear, compelling value for customers, partners, and prospects.
    • Structure the marketing asset base: audit, organize, improve, and maintain the large volume of existing marketing artifacts in line with best practices, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with positioning.

  • Sales & pipeline support
    • Support the prospect / sales process: work hand in hand with Sales and BizDev so marketing feeds and accelerates the sales pipeline, not just brand awareness.
    • Keep messaging aligned: ensure messaging and positioning stay consistent across marketing, product marketing, and sales conversations.

  • Research & insight
    • Run market and business research: analyze the industry, competitors, target audiences, and customer needs to inform positioning, content, and go-to-market decisions.

Requirements Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing, preferably in software development, IT services, networking, telecom, cloud, infrastructure, embedded software, or other complex technical domains.

  • Demonstrated product marketing experience — value proposition development, positioning, messaging, go-to-market planning, and ICP definition — distinct from purely digital or brand marketing.

  • Proven ability to quickly understand a niche technical market, including industry trends, competitors, target audiences, customer needs, and company positioning.

  • Strong hands-on experience creating customer-facing marketing and sales materials: white papers, case studies, presentations, product/service brochures, one-pagers, landing-page content, articles, email materials, and event collateral.

  • Ability to translate complex technical services and engineering expertise into clear business value for customers, partners, and prospects.

  • Experience working closely with Sales, Business Development, Product, Engineering, Delivery, and technical leadership to collect input, structure messaging, and turn it into high-quality assets.

  • Strong content marketing background: planning, writing, editing, packaging, and improving content across website, social media, blog, email, and sales-enablement channels.

  • Practical understanding of brand awareness, LinkedIn visibility, thought leadership, competitor benchmarking, and proactive content distribution.

  • Ability to audit, structure, improve, and maintain a large volume of marketing materials, ensuring consistency, quality, relevance, and alignment with company positioning.

  • Strong ownership mindset: able to define what needs to be done, set priorities, move work forward independently, and deliver visible results without constant instruction.

  • Hands-on execution style — able to personally produce, rewrite, coordinate, improve, and deliver materials, not only manage or delegate.

  • Structured approach, attention to detail, strong writing skills, and the ability to juggle multiple topics, stakeholders, and deadlines at once.

  • Experience with marketing for complex B2B sales cycles, where marketing supports lead generation, account-based outreach, events, partnerships, and sales conversations.

  • Upper-Intermediate or higher English, with strong written communication skills.
