We are seeking a Junior Talent Sourcer with a passion for people and technology to join our Recruitment Team. If you already have some hands-on experience in sourcing or recruitment and are eager to grow, this role will provide the supportive environment you need to achieve your goals.

You’ll become part of a friendly, experienced team where a mentoring lead will guide you, set clear goals, and help you develop your sourcing expertise step by step. Together with our Technical Recruiters, you’ll search for talented engineers across Ukraine and Europe, professionals who design and build cutting-edge networking solutions and products. Your primary focus will be to identify and attract these specialists through targeted research, innovative sourcing strategies, and a thorough understanding of the market.

Responsibilities Responsibilities

  • Search for technical specialists (C/C++, Embedded, Networking, QA, Automation) using LinkedIn, GitHub, and advanced Boolean or X-ray search techniques

  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines in the company’s CRM or ATS system

  • Work closely with recruiters to develop effective sourcing strategies for open roles

  • Track and evaluate the performance of sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Djinni, Telegram, professional communities, etc.)

  • Contribute to internal initiatives that improve sourcing processes and strengthen employer branding

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of experience in sourcing or recruitment

  • Skills in Boolean and X-ray search, as well as other sourcing techniques

  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, or similar sourcing tools

  • Understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and basic technical terminology (C/C++, Embedded, Networking, QA, Automation)

  • Basic knowledge of ATS or project-tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar)

  • Interest in international hiring (Poland, EU)

  • Intermediate or higher level of technical English (for written communication)

  • Results-oriented, proactive, and attentive to detail

  • Experience sourcing technical roles in Networking and Embedded

  • Understanding of market specifics in Poland or other EU countries
