Summary
Lead commercial efforts to grow PLVision’s software product and services revenue across target market segments, partner channels, and defined accounts list. Support the Business Development, Sales and Marketing team by qualifying leads, managing inbound inquiries, preparing proposals, and nurturing SMB and early-stage enterprise opportunities.
Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle for mid to large-enterprise, telco, and OEM/ODM accounts: prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closing
Develop account plans for target segments: switch silicon vendors, SmartNIC/DPU vendors, service providers, and enterprises
Coordinate cross-functional delivery with engineering, product, and support to ensure proposals are technically validated and delivered
Manage the pipeline and forecasts in the CRM; report monthly to leadership
Represent PLVision at industry forums and open source communities (SONiC, DENT, LF projects) to generate leads and partnerships
Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls
Prepare RFP responses and commercial templates, and coordinate demos with the Engineering and Architectural Office
Maintain CRM hygiene, update opportunity stages, and produce weekly pipeline reports
Support events and webinars; manage follow-ups and nurture sequences

Requirements
3+ years of B2B software or systems sales experience, preferably in networking, telecom, or embedded systems
Technical fluency in networking concepts (NOS, SONiC, various Network HW & SW) is a plus
OR the ability to rapidly learn, OR good technical curiosity with a basic understanding of networking concepts preferredProven track record of closing deals with OEMs, vendors, or service providers
Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Channel/Partnership relationship management
Languages: Fluent English; additional EU languages are a plus.
