Summary

We are looking for a Project Manager to own program execution across a multi-stream product initiative. The role is horizontal by design: you will coordinate across streams whose owners are accountable for their own outcomes.

About PLVision

PLVision is a European networking software product development company that helps businesses unlock the full potential of open and disaggregated technologies. We deliver end-to-end, vendor-agnostic solutions, tailored to meet client’s specific use cases, enabling greater flexibility, scalability, and sustainability while ensuring cost control and predictability.
Leveraging strategic partnerships with industry leaders, major hardware vendors, and membership in key open networking communities, PLVision ensures delivered software solutions remain future-ready and aligned with the latest open networking innovations, empowering clients to achieve their business goals and long-term success.

Responsibilities Responsibilities

  • Program Execution & Tracking

  • Own the program execution backlog as the single record of initiative state, structured around cross-stream lanes

  • Track progress against program milestones and produce the weekly status report — what moved, what didn't, what is waiting on whom

  • Maintain dependency and commitment visibility across streams, including where commitments collide or an input has no owner

  • Cross-Stream Coordination

  • Act as coordination counterpart for stream owners (Architecture, Engineering, Sales/BizDev, Marketing, Support)

  • Manage resource visibility: who is committed to what, and where capacity is over-subscribed

  • Keep the definition of "done" explicit per deliverable, and surface risks and slip early enough to act on

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project or Program Manager coordinating multiple parallel workstreams in software/tech for 8+ years

  • Ability to hold commitments from workstream owners who do not report to you – demonstrating influence without formal authority

  • Experience in milestone-driven program tracking, hands-on in a task-tracking tool such as Jira

  • Excellent written English, structured thinking, and a high tolerance for ambiguity

Would be a plus

  • Experience coordinating distributed teams across offices or locations

  • Exposure to network technologies or infrastructure domains

  • Background in new product development from inception through market launch

Benefits Benefits

  • Medical insurance
  • Vacation and sick leave days
  • Paid bank holidays (11 days in 2026)
  • Relocation bonus
  • Marriage and childbirth bonuses
  • Referral bonus
  • Educational courses and training programs
  • Remote work
  • Flexible Schedule
