Summary
We are looking for a Project Manager to focus on team coordination, client relationship management, and team development. This role does not involve technical management or project planning, as these responsibilities are handled by the client.
The ideal candidate will ensure smooth collaboration within the team, maintain strong client relationships, and support team growth, retention, and a positive working environment.

Responsibilities 
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with the client
Coordinate engineers’ work and ensure effective team collaboration
Support the hiring, onboarding, and retention of team members
Take responsibility for the financial health of the project (budget awareness, margin control, and financial tracking)
Identify and mitigate people-related and delivery risks
Foster a positive team environment and support team growth and engagement
Contribute to strategic initiatives and the development of the Delivery organization
Requirements 
5+ years of proven experience in project management or account management
Experience working with clients and/or managing multiple teams (30+ people environment)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Good understanding of team processes and people risk management
Upper-Intermediate or higher English level
Would Be a Plus 
Experience working in international IT service companies
Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar
