Summary
PLVision is looking for a proactive and organized Junior HR Manager to join our team!
We are open to candidates with 1+ years of HR experience, as well as motivated entry-level professionals who have a strong drive to build a career in HR, high personal responsibility, and a sharp eye for detail.
This role requires someone who can juggle multiple priorities at once and takes real ownership of their tasks. You will support designated teams throughout the entire employee lifecycle, manage employee benefits, lead local team-building, handle internal communications (team greetings & routine HR communications), and help us solve everyday operational challenges.

Responsibilities
Drive the end-to-end employee lifecycle for assigned teams, including onboarding, adaptation, regular 1-on-1 meetings, ongoing employee support, performance review coordination, personal development planning, and offboarding
Manage and maintain company benefits (health insurance, bonus-related requests, employee queries, provider communications, and related administration)
Moderate and administer internal communication channels
Act as a trusted point of contact for team leads and managers, addressing team health, potential risks, and operational requests
Organize and coordinate team-building activities and internal initiatives that foster team bonding for your assigned teams
Continuously assess internal HR processes and propose practical enhancements to keep workflows smooth and effectiv
Support the broader HR team in organizing company-wide events and internal communication initiatives
Requirements
Up to 1 year of experience in HR, Administration, or other people-related roles, OR strong motivation to start a career in HR
Strong capability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously without losing track of deadlines or details
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Confident presentation skills
Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
High attention to detail
English proficiency at an Intermediate level or higher
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Would be a plus
Hands-on experience with benefits administration and event organization/coordination
Familiarity with employee wellness programs, health insurance administration, and workplace safety initiatives
Experience conducting 1-on-1 meetings and handling sensitive/confidential information with discretion
