PLVision is looking for a professional who can own every dimension of our financial function – from day-to-day cash flow management to long-term strategic planning. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires both financial depth and the pragmatism to operate in a fast-moving, multi-jurisdiction environment.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Business Partnership
• Define and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with quarterly, annual, and product-level business goals
• Optimize costs and improve operational efficiency
Financial Management, Operations and Processes
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across all business units
• Control cash flow, liquidity, and solvency at the group level
• Build and track financial KPIs across projects, clients, products, and geographies
• Foster effective collaboration between finance and other departments
• Analyze profitability by project, client, direction, and jurisdiction
• Build a transparent cost structure: cost centers, departments, unit economics
• Manage financial risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Design, implement, improve and drive automation of financial processes, analytics, and management reporting across the companyCompliance, Tax & Legal
• Ensure full financial and tax compliance in all operating jurisdictions — Ukraine, Poland/EU, USA
• Manage Diia.City compliance: eligibility criteria, reporting requirements, and ongoing monitoring
• Oversee Controlled Foreign Companies (CFC) management and reporting
• Build and maintain a transfer pricing model for the group structureFinancial Management, Operations and ProcessesAccounting & Reporting
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting across all group jurisdictions
• Oversee accounting processes and compliance with applicable accounting standards
• Build and maintain management reporting systems
• Implement and automate financial and accounting systems
• Provide clean, reliable financial data to the CEO, Board, investors, and regulatory/government authorities
• Act as an authorized signatory on behalf of the company for financial and legal documents
Requirements
5+ years in finance, including 2+ years as CFO
Proven hands-on experience with:
- Transfer pricing (TP) in multi-entity structures
- Controlled Foreign Companies (CFC) management and reporting
- Diia.City framework and compliance requirements
- International corporate structures (Ukraine + EU + USA)Background in IT, engineering, or professional services companies
Deep knowledge of financial management, accounting, and taxation
Experience working with external auditors and managing audit processes
Track record of building financial processes in fast-growing or scaling companies
Fluent working knowledge of US and EU financial/legal environments
English: Upper-Intermediate or higher (working language with clients and partners)
Would be a plus
Experience with US-based clients (invoicing, contract structures, payment flows)
Knowledge of B2B contracting practices in EU jurisdictions (Poland, Czech Republic, etc.)
Experience with ERP / financial automation tools
ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional certification
