Responsibilities Responsibilities

  • Marketing leads qualification and nurturing:
    Qualify marketing leads, and nurture them through the sales funnel using follow-up activities aimed to identify their business needs and set-up introductory sales call.

  • Marketing researches:
    Conduct various types of marketing research, including target market and industry research, company and account research, Ideal Customer Profile and Buyer Personas analysis, competitor overview, and identification of relevant use cases and trends.

  • Industry events research and support:
    Assist in researching and compiling a list of relevant industry events, analyzing audiences, topics, and participants, and supporting CFP deadline tracking.

  • CRM management:
    Maintain and update CRM data, ensuring accuracy of leads, contacts, companies, activity history, and lead statuses.

  • Outbound activities:
    Support the preparation and execution of outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, and other channels), including list preparation, messaging support, campaign launching, and performance tracking.

  • Target lists preparation:
    Build and maintain targeted lists of companies and contacts based on defined ICP criteria, and campaign objectives.

  • Database enrichment and expansion:
    Identify and add new companies and contacts to the database, enrich existing records with relevant information, and keep data up to date.

Requirements Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with lead qualification and nurturing programs

  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools

  • Experience in building and maintaining targeted account and contact lists based on defined ICP (ideal customer profile) criteria and campaign objectives

  • Strong background in market research, including data collection from multiple sources, with the ability to synthesize findings into clear summaries and actionable recommendations.

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and technology trends

  • Forward-thinking and creative approach to marketing, with a strong interest in industry trends and emerging technologies

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and sales teams

  • English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher (written and spoken)
