Responsibilities Responsibilities

  • Compensation and benefits administration

  • Assist in team building activities and internal and external company events

  • Determine and recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee

  • Relationship and promote high level of employee morale and motivation

  • Assist in Performance Review process

  • Assist in Internal and External Trainings for employee

  • Internal communication channels moderation and administration

Requirements Requirements

  • HR manager experience not less than 2 years

  • Experience with:
    - compensation and benefits administration
    - event management
    - employee safety, welfare, wellness and health insurance administration
    - charitable giving

  • Solid organization and time management skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making abilities

  • Ability to write formal and semi-formal letters

  • Upper-Intermediate level of English

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Work experience with mitigating HR risks

  • Training conducting experience

  • Basic recruiting skills

  • Technical education or technical enhanced training
