Ready, steady, IoT! Last Saturday, on February 17, our colleagues tested their innovative ideas within the framework of our first corporate IoT-hackaton.
PLVision’s IoT Laboratory served as the space for engineering work, providing everything necessary for the experiments with IoT equipment, including DHT11 sensor, ESP2866 microcontroller with a Wi-Fi chip, and the cloud environment, which can be accessed through MQTT protocol.
The winner of the hackathon was the team that has developed an office weather station. It will collect and visualize the temperature and humidity data on each floor in real-time.
