Summary

We are looking for Senior Project Manager with a strong technical background to manage number of everlasting, continuously growing and developing projects in Networking domain. Our Customer, the world’s leading Fortune 500 company, is networking equipment and software vendor. Teams are dedicated to contribute to all main layers of products’ architecture (from Firmware to UI).

On this position you will be the main touch point in cooperation with the customer, you will be responsible for project decision making and you’ll report directly to the PLVision’s CEO. All administrative activities will be taken over by Associative Development Manager, meaning that PM will be focusing on high level and strategic tasks.

Responsibilities Responsibilities

  • People management of the team

  • Risk Management

  • Influencing scope and estimations

  • Managing project’s budget

  • Building relationship with customer through proper account management

  • Cooperation with Technical Leaders

  • Controlling team’s performance and achieving OKRs (Team Extention, Customer and Team satisfaction Levels, Gross Margin, Attrition Rate)

  • Involving to sales process

  • Attending to business trips on customer’s site

Requirements Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project coordination and management of mid-size project teams (15-30 people in a couple of independent projects)

  • Experience in leading several projects simultaneously

  • Being able to elicit and document project requirements

  • Experience in working with foreign customers in the IT industry

  • Understanding of the software development life cycle

  • Good planning and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills

  • Ability to build effective teams, motivate and direct staff

  • At least Upper Intermediate level of English
