Managing 2-3 small projects simultaneously, both internal (e.g. R&D-related projects) and external ones
People management (including involvement in the interviewing and hiring processes).
Mentoring team members and supporting their professional growth
Managing project teams, monitoring team performance
Ongoing communication with clients. Understanding and communicating of the client business needs to project teams
Collaboration with all internal departments to resolve internal project issues
Controlling budget and scope of the project
Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate, and communicate project risks
Reporting project status to clients
3+ years of experience in project coordination and management of small project teams (3-9 people in a couple of independent projects).
Experience in leading several projects simultaneously
Being able to elicit and document project requirements
Experience in working with foreign customers in the IT industry
Experience as a Scrum master
Understanding of the software development life cycle
Good planning and organizational skill
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
Ability to build effective teams, motivate and direct staff
At least Upper Intermediate level of English
