Business Development Manager



We are a software R&D firm, specializing in Computer Networking, Embedded Systems, and the Internet of Things, operating on the global market since 2007. Our fast-growing team is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with an engineering background in Embedded Systems or IoT (Computer Networking would be a huge plus). The role is focused on active contribution to sales process development and strategic planning for each individual stakeholder and account.

Responsibilities Responsibilities

  • Sales strategy development and implementation

  • Ensure successful lead generation

  • Build and maintain high-level contacts with current and prospective customers and business partners

  • Drive prospects through to the contract award (including identifying new customers and markets, developing approaches to the market, identifying prospects, proposal preparation, etc.)

  • Negotiate with new customers

  • Build and maintain a Sales Plan according to Revenue requirements

  • Represent the company at industry events, including speaking engagements

  • Be a Product Owner of Business Development

Requirements Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales strategy development and implementation (North America, Western Europe, Israel) for B2B technology services

  • Outstanding negotiation, communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical individuals

  • Advanced level of English

  • Strong leadership and management skills

  • Ability to solve complex problems

  • In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current trends

  • Patient, methodical, and diligent approach to understanding client challenges
