Responsibilities 
Infrastructure Strategy & Architecture
- Set the infrastructure strategy across data centers, cloud platforms, and networks
- Align infrastructure capabilities with business continuity and growth needs
- Drive automation, standardization, and infrastructure innovationOperational Leadership
- Manage large-scale teams responsible for systems, networks, and storage
- Lead Disaster Recovery (DR), Business Continuity Planning (BCP), and infrastructure governance frameworks
- Ensure compliance with IT security, audit, and regulatory requirements
- Oversee 24/7 support readiness to ensure operational stabilityProject & Vendor Management
- Oversee the delivery of infrastructure projects and service improvements
- Manage vendor contracts and infrastructure budgets
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partnersReporting & Accountability
- Report on platform health and project outcomes to executive leadership
- Establish infrastructure KPIs, SLAs, and performance measurement systems
Requirements
10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and leadership roles
Proven track record in scaling infrastructure within complex environments
Experience managing systems, cloud, and hybrid network teams
Skilled in risk management, system resilience, and disaster recovery
Strong experience in vendor negotiation and budget management
Knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements (SOX, ISO, etc.)
Experience reporting infrastructure KPIs and strategy to senior leadership or boards
Strong background in team development, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration
Ability to understand complex technology stacks and drive their adoption
Would be a plus 
Exposure to monitoring stacks (e.g., Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
Vendor certifications (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, AWS/Azure Architect, RHCE)
