Infrastructure Strategy & Architecture
* Setting the infrastructure strategy across data centers, cloud, and networks
* Aligning infrastructure capabilities with business continuity and growth needs
* Driving automation, standardization, and infrastructure innovation

Operational Leadership
* Managing large-scale teams responsible for systems, networks, and storage
* Leading disaster recovery, BCP, and infrastructure governance frameworks
* Ensuring compliance with IT security, audit, and regulatory requirements
* Overseeing 24/7 support readiness and operational stability

Project & Vendor Management
* Overseeing delivery of infrastructure projects and service improvements
* Managing vendor contracts and infrastructure budgets
* Ability to manage large-scale upgrades, migrations, and technical programs
* Coordinating with cross-functional teams and external partners

Reporting & Accountability
* Reporting platform health and project outcomes to executive leadership
* Establishing infrastructure KPIs, SLAs, and performance measurement systems

10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and leadership roles

Proven track record in scaling infrastructure in complex environments

Experience managing systems, cloud, and hybrid network teams

Skilled in risk management, system resilience, and disaster recovery

Strong vendor and budget management experience

Experience in compliance frameworks & regulatory requirements (SOX, ISO, etc.)

Confident reporting infrastructure KPIs to senior leadership or boards

Strong team development, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration

Ability to understand complex technology stacks and drive adoption

Experience in high-availability enterprise environments

Infrastructure modernization / cloud transformation project experience

Knowledge of security governance and zero-trust principles

Hands-on technical background in networking or systems engineering
