PLVision invites a Senior Recruitment Manager based in Ukraine to join us and help attract top engineering talent across Ukraine and Europe. You will play a key role in expanding our team in the computer networking, embedded, and automation domains, contributing directly to the company’s continued growth.

This role requires a solid understanding of the Ukrainian and European tech markets, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and engaging top candidates. You’ll collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to align on needs and priorities, drive sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and internal teams.

Responsibilities Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, from job intake and sourcing to interviews, offers, and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience

  • Partner with Delivery, Engineering, and HR leadership to forecast hiring needs, define role requirements, and align recruitment priorities with project and business goals

  • Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent across multiple regions (Ukraine, EU), leveraging diverse channels such as LinkedIn, professional communities, referrals, and direct sourcing

  • Organize and oversee structured interviews, including technical assessments, soft-skill evaluations, and cultural fit interviews, ensuring consistency and alignment with company standards

  • Drive proactive talent research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the IT recruitment market, including salary benchmarks, talent availability, and competitive trends in open networking and software domains

  • Maintain the ATS pipeline, ensuring accurate data tracking, reporting, and performance metrics (time-to-fill, source efficiency, quality-of-hire)

  • Collaborate with employer branding and marketing teams to strengthen PLVision’s visibility as an attractive engineering employer through career events, campaigns, and social media

  • Coordinate cross-functional communication among candidates, hiring managers, HR, and delivery teams to ensure transparency and timely decision-making

  • Continuously improve recruitment processes by introducing automation, data-driven decision-making, and feedback mechanisms to enhance efficiency and candidate satisfaction

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience in technical recruitment (agency or in-house, with an IT focus)

  • Strong knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process

  • Ability to understand technical roles (Software Engineer, QA, DevOps, Network Engineer) and quickly grasp new technologies to identify suitable candidates

  • Proven experience conducting structured technical interviews, contributing to fair and consistent selection decisions

  • Advanced sourcing expertise, including direct search and Boolean techniques, to proactively build and maintain strong talent pipelines

  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (preferably Greenhouse, Workday, or similar) to manage recruitment workflows efficiently

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust-based relationships with Hiring Managers

  • English level B1+ (written and spoken)

  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment

Would be a plus

  • Previous experience recruiting in networking, embedded systems, or open-source software domains

  • Experience with HR/recruitment metrics and reporting dashboards (Excel, Power BI, or similar)

  • Understanding of the European tech labor market
