Responsibilities Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle recruitment (active candidate’s screening, selection; organization and conduction of interviews; testing; writing feedbacks, etc.)

  • Participating in the decision-making process on hiring new employees

  • Onboarding and adaptation of new employees

  • Monitoring and analyzing the labor market

  • Keeping up to date with the best recruitment practices

  • Building relationships with industry contacts and company's professionals

  • Attending technical events/conferences for recruitment

Requirements Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience in an IT company

  • English level – Intermediate or higher

  • Strong background in active recruitment (headhunting)

  • Perfect communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent decision-making abilities

  • Efficient multitasking

  • Active and goal-oriented

  • Self-motivated and flexible

  • Experience in recruitment in the areas of IoT or Computer Networking software development
