Our strong Marketing team is looking for an experienced HR Marketing Manager. The role is focused on creating and implementing the company’s brand development strategy for various target audiences in the labor market.

Responsibilities Responsibilities

  • Developing HR Marketing strategy and programs

  • Planning, executing and coordinating all marketing and PR activities in the labor market, including the internal initiatives

  • Building and executing a successful social media and content strategies

  • Creating unique and effective conten

  • Creating event concepts and managing events (including collaboration with external vendors)

  • Cooperating with educational establishments and influencer organizations, managing social projects

  • Working with designers to create attractive branded concepts and artifacts

Requirements Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in Marketing or Public Relations

  • Experience in the IT industry is a plus

  • Knowledge of PR, media relations and event management

  • Strong communication, presentation and writing skills (English - Upper Intermediate)

  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
