HR Manager



We are a software R&D firm, specializing in solutions for Computer Networking, Embedded Systems, and the Internet of Things Connectivity, that operates on the global market since 2007.

Our Human Capital department is looking for an experienced HR Manager. The role is focused on supporting the business needs and ensuring the proper implementation of the company’s strategy and objectives. The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including performance management, training and development, HR risk tracking and solving.

Responsibilities Responsibilities

  • Compensation and benefits administration

  • Assisting in team building activities, internal and external company events

  • HR Risk management support

  • Assisting in Performance Review process

  • Assisting in internal and external trainings for employee

  • Moderation and administration of internal communication channels

  • Support of HR processes

Requirements Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as HR manager

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Solid organization and time management skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Ability to write formal and semi-formal letters

  • Experience in compensation and benefits administration

  • Intermediate level of English
